We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it, but if you find that you don’t love it as much as you thought you would and would like to return it, we get it, it happens! To submit a return request for a refund, please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal either by submitting a request in your account dashboard or by visiting the public Returns & Exchanges portal by clicking here. You will need your order number and the email address you used for your purchase.
Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. A return label comes with every shipment. You can find it either in the box or with the packaging slip. If you cannot find the return label email support@hawkeco.com and one will be provided to you from our customer service team within 1-2 business days.
***Please Note*** If you choose not to use the return label, we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit (Hawke & Co will not be responsible). US Return Policy. If you choose to use the return label, then a flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Hawke & Co offers full refunds, excluding shipping, for all returns within 30 days from the shipped date. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship your return items with all tags attached. While most items are eligible for return, some items are marked FINAL SALE in the product details or elsewhere on the site and are ineligible for refunds or credit.
