HOW DO I WASH MY GARMENT?

Washing instructions are printed on a black tag inside our garments. Following our garment instructions will help make sure that your gear has a long, interesting life. In general, washing your gear in cold or warm water with mild laundry detergent will do the trick. We recommend drying our Down products on low- tumble dry with clean tennis balls to restore fluff. For Poly products, dry on low- tumble dry, no need for tennis balls. DO NOT bleach, iron or use fabric softener.

Shipping

CAN I SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES/PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we only offer exchanges or returns for customers within the U.S. at the moment. We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note: orders placed after 4pm EDT on a Friday and over the weekend will not be processed and shipped until the following 1-2 business days. You will receive an additional email once your order is shipped. Hawkeandco.com will let you know by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

You will receive a conformation email, to the address provided once your item ships.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a conformation email with a tracking number once your item ships.

Our promo codes are time sensitive and updated frequently, Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you are having trouble.

Returns & Exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN?

We hope you love your product as much as we loved making it but if you find that you don’t love as much as you thought you would and would like to return it, we get it, it happens! To submit a return request for a refund, please visit our Returns & Exchanges portal either by submitting a request in your account dashboard or by visiting the public Returns & Exchangesportal by clicking here. You will need your order number and provide the email address you used for your purchase.

***Please Note*** If you choose not to use the return label, we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit (Hawke & Co will not be responsible). US Return Policy. If you choose to use the return label then a flat fee of $8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Hawke & Co offers full refunds, excluding shipping, for all returns within 30 days from the shipped date. We accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please pack and ship your return items with all tags attached. While most items are eligible for return, some items are marked FINAL SALE in the product details or elsewhere on the site and are ineligible for refunds or credit.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE?

If you need a different size or changed your mind on the style and you are interested in returning an item in exchange for something else on the site, our customer service team is here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment. A return label comes with every shipment. You can find it either in the box or with the packaging slip. If you cannot find the return label email support@hawkeco.com and one will be provided to you from our customer service team within 1-2 business days.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED FROM A 3RD PARTY?

We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns of Hawke & Co. products purchased from other retail stores or websites. I.e Amazon, Costco, Macys, Lord & Taylor, Kohl’s etc. You must abide by their respective policies.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If you received the wrong product from Hawke & Co, or it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service as soon as possible at customerservice@hawkeco.com. We will make sure that the situation is resolved for you.

WHY DOES MY ORDER STATUS SAY CANCELLED?

A cancelled order may be due to various reason such as: invalid billing/shipping address, billing/shipping address outside of the U.S., insufficient funds, or an item is out of stock.
