There is also an internal draft flap, to give you an extra layer against the cold. And we did not forget that up to 45% of our body heat is lost through the head, so we lined the hood with polar fleece and added a cinch cord and lock to close, it up up as tight as needed, and keep it there, while you are braving the elements.
